Shipping Policy: We will ship most orders within 72 hours of receipt. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped. All orders going to the Continental U.S. are shipped via UPS ground. It takes about 2 working days to reach areas in the Western U.S., Midwest 3-4 days, Eastern U.S. and Canada 5-6 days. Please no P.O. Box numbers!

Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and P.O. boxes can be used. Orders shipped in this manner may take up to 4 weeks to reach their destination.

Shipping Charges: Septic Seep is heavier than water. A gallon of Septic Seep with packaging weighs about 12 pounds. UPS raises it's rates annually and continues to assess extra charges for residential delivery as well as a fuel surcharge. We are trying our best to keep our shipping and handling charges down under these difficult circumstances. We appreciate your concern over the high cost of shipping.
